A Detour from Mt. Rainier
My stupid brain decided to remind me who was in control, and I forgot to bring my backup batteries! In a venture to find a replacement in a town nearby, we ended up in Tacoma at a Batteries+, which in my history, has never had the battery that my camera takes when I was in store! Ironically, the battery they had, was a dud, but they had a universal charger that kind of blew my mind! Anyway, I was cured of my affliction and got to charge the battery in the car on our way back to the mountain. Unfortunately, however, we weren’t able to find a campsite that night and ended up in Packwood for a night! Having Ramen and beers at the bar in town, we tried to get back to it the next morning.
