Departing Unto the Journey of a Lifetime
Oh. My. God!!! I’ve been invited to join a partner of mine on a journey across the United States!! I am currently on the train, of course running behind like it usually do. This time there was brush fires holding us back an extra hour. It is always a wild ride when on the train. Some seeming disaster tends to happen every time, and I always end up being a little bit late. This time though, I’m taking the train to Chicago, then transferring to Washington DC, then a bus to Virginia! Then the real excitement begins with the exploration of the greater midwest! I will be meeting my friend in Virginia to drive all the way back to Portland! Going through Kansas, Kentucky, Denver, Utah, and a few others I believe!
Do make sure to check in for the coming week and a half, I will be trying to keep log of the cool things I see.
Just to fill some dead space, I’m going to post some photos from yesterday, the 13th! I’ve just gotten a new SD Card and ND Filters, so I had to make sure everything looked alright before departing! I’m also excited that I was able to acquire the proper batteries for the super cheap remote flash I have at my disposal! Look out desert nights! I’m capturing you!!
